Starting therapy doesn’t require a crisis.

The initial session is a focused conversation about what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping will feel different moving forward. We’ll also get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit and what kind of work would be most useful for you right now.

What the Initial Session Is Like

The first session is conversational and intentional. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help clarify what feels confusing, tangled, or hard to name.

Session Details

  • Virtual sessions via secure video

  • Adults (18+)

  • I accept select insurance plans and also work as an out-of-network provider. Superbills are provided for clients who choose to seek reimbursement.

  • Payment is collected upon scheduling (credit, debit, or HSA).
