Boundaries
Develop the confidence to communicate your limits without becoming consumed by guilt, anxiety, or fear of conflict
Boundary difficulties are often mistaken for communication problems.
More often, they involve fears about rejection, disappointing others, creating conflict, or changing a relationship that has been organized around your accommodation.

Approach
Learning what to say is rarely enough.
My approach focuses on understanding the experiences, beliefs, and relational patterns that make boundaries feel difficult to set and maintain so that limits can become something you trust yourself to uphold rather than something you constantly negotiate away.
