Burnout Treatment
Address the deeper patterns that make exhaustion difficult to interrupt
What begins as responsibility, ambition, reliability, or caring for others can slowly become a life organized around obligations while your own needs, interests, and limits receive less and less attention.

Burnout is often treated as a problem of rest, time management, or better boundaries.
My approach goes deeper by looking at what makes it difficult to stop, ask for help, disappoint people, loosen expectations, or separate your worth from what you carry.
The goal is not only to recover energy, but to understand the roots of burnout so the same exhaustion does not keep returning in new forms.
