Depression Treatment
Feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and your life
Depression is not always experienced as sadness.
It can feel like becoming disconnected from yourself while continuing to meet the demands of your life.
You continue working, meeting responsibilities, and doing what needs to be done while feeling increasingly disconnected from yourself, other people, and the things that once felt meaningful.

Depression is often approached as a problem of mood alone.
My approach looks at the experiences, losses, conflicts, and adaptations that may have contributed to that disconnection, so you can begin feeling more engaged in your life rather than simply getting through it.
The goal is not simply to feel better, but to feel more present, engaged, connected, and to develop more effective ways of responding to what you are facing now.
